Leckey design and manufacture specialist position aids for disabled children. In 2011 the company purchased an existing factory and engaged Hall McKnight to develop a project that would provide office space and access for customers by converting space within the existing factory footprint and building a new entrance block. Leckey also wished to use their new premises to project the design values of the company. The project was delivered within the constraints of a tight budget and delivered a building with a strong identity that has emerged from the previously dilapidated factory.

This project was an RIBA Regional Award Winner in 2013.
